Our Place Is About To Live Rent-Free On Your Countertop
Slow cookers, crock pots, and pressure cookers: girls, your time is numbered. Our Place has managed to not only combine all of these functions, but also has somehow made them sexy. Yes, you read that right. A sexy pressure cooker. I can’t make that up, but Our Place’s product developers (magicians? scientists?) can.
The Dream Cooker ($250), which just launched on Wednesday, is a reimagined multicooker built for 2023 and beyond. Combining the power of pressure cooking, slow cooking, and sauteing with hands-free steam release and automatic warming features, this little pot truly is a dream. Gone are the days of mysterious buttons you’ll never press; the Dream Cooker boasts a first-of-its-kind control panel for endlessly customizable cooking settings and experiences, so you can forget the mysterious “yogurt” button on your old slow cooker. It’s beautiful enough to sit pretty on your countertop in a Steam, Char, Blue Salt, or Spice colorway. The only work you’ll have to do is decide whether you’re in the mood for some flawless fluffy rice or a hearty, nourishing stew.

If you’re more of a bottle girl, they thought of that, too ($247).

It’s Fall – Do You Know Where Your Loungewear Is?
Girlfriend Collective does. Girlfriend can do no wrong in my book; from sleek sets to my favorite skort in the whole athleisure game, all made ethically and from recycled materials, what’s not to love? Rhetorical question, obviously. The label launched matching sweatsuits last week in four new colors – Seashell, Cerulean, Tempest, and Glow – and eight styles, from a cropped zip to a classic jogger, so you can feel cozy from the couch to your morning coffee run.
P.S. Girlfriend offers 20% off to all hospital employees, medical providers, nurses, military, first-responders, and teachers, if you didn’t know (I didn’t). If that’s you: get your discount, girl.

Before You Go…
Let’s talk sales, mushroom jerky, and a very luxe collaboration.
Graza is running its biggest – and only – sale of the year in honor of Friendsgiving. Get 20.74% off site-wide with the code FRIENDSGIVING2 from now through the 25th. Why such a specific numerical discount? It’s a mystery to me. Who cares; re-up on your personal stash and your holiday gifts before it’s over.
Meati, the brand making steaks and cutlets from its own mycelium species, MushroomRoot, just launched Jerky this week ($39 per 3-pack). It’s free of nitrates, soy, artificial flavors, and preservatives, and is packed with 11g of protein. Even better: it’s made with the extra scraps from the brand’s signature cutlets, because Meati is determined to use all parts of the metaphorical animal. Low waste, maximum nutrient density and flavor, major new snack potential.
Blue Lagoon Iceland Skincare just dropped a high-performance eye cream ($165) like no other – the first treatment to utilize bioactive effects sustainably sourced from Iceland’s Blue Lagoon. The BL+ Complex, composed of blue lagoon microalgea and silica that’ll smooth, firm, and brighten the delicate under-eye area, joins forces with Bakuchiol, Niacinamide, Ectoin, and Ceramides for eyes that have never seen the words “puffy” or “dry.” Winter is coming; is your skincare ready?
What do Proenza Schouler and MERIT have in common? A timeless dedication to effortless elegance and a new limited-edition bag. For F/W ‘23, the two brilliant minds designed a beautiful vegan leather bag, with a reversible two-tone design and custom gold logo treatment. It ships free with any order over $100 while supplies last – which won’t be for long (see: Moda Operandi, where it’s already sold out). Restock on my personal favorite serum or grab the Runway Set, and get some bonus couture at no extra charge.
