Welcome to Launch Digest, where we bring you the latest and greatest product launches to hit the market across the DTC universe. Readers, this will be my last dispatch as your Launch Digest correspondent – but fear not, the column won’t be going anywhere. (Our wonderful editor Annie will meet you back here in the new year.) Why waste time on sentimental goodbyes when we have Molly Baz’s new condiment line to discuss?

Pancakes, Popcorn, And Molly’s New Mayo
Molly Baz popped out two bestselling cookbooks and a baby; with all her free time, she also built a mayo brand. Ayoh starts with mayonnaise, but elevates it with texture and flavor (think – pickles, spices, herbs, and vinegars) to create a one-stop sauce that’ll make every sandwich significantly more exciting. Guaranteed to win over the most vehement mayo hater you know, probably. If you’re in LA, don’t miss the launch party at Bub & Grandma’s tomorrow.
Also in the category of flavors you can drizzle: Branche’s NO. 3, a smooth and peppery olive oil crafted from two presses of Arbequina olives grown in Tabernas, Spain. Pair it with roasted root vegetables, winter citrus salads, and seared fish – or anything you want. It’s olive oil, not rocket science.
Good news for gluten-free readers this week. Noona’s new Chocolate Chip Buckwheat Pancake Mix has arrived just in time for cozy weekends spent eating dessert for breakfast. There’s also another allergen-free pasta on the market. Senza is live to shop via Kickstarter, if you’re into delayed gratification. Be an early adopter of this fresh gluten-free pastina made from just rice flour, organic corn flour, and potato starch, and you’ll receive your order by February.
Lesser Evil’s holiday popcorns – Chocolate Candy Cane and White Chocolate Marshmallow – are here and sure to delight your party guests with a sweet tooth. Also a good choice for your holiday dessert contribution: Compartés’ collaboration with The White Lotus, featuring chocolate bars laced with Pineapple & Coconut, an Aperol Spritz, and a Cookies & Cream Cake.
Fishwife launched The Ultimate Tinned Fish Gift Pack yesterday. The title speaks for itself: a $110 box filled to the brim with Fishwife’s best-selling tins, and stainless steel Tongs to pair.

That $700 Gift You’ve Been Looking For
There’s no better place to locate a remarkably indulgent holiday gift than beauty tech. (More useful and unexpected than diamonds, although perhaps just as expensive.) Monastery partnered with Sofia Coppola on The Deep Red, a $700 mask that uses – you guessed it – deep red light therapy, allegedly making it the most effective at-home LED mask on the market. (It’s the same technology the brand uses in its own treatment room, and you only need five minutes of treatment time to get all of the benefits.) If you’re not quite ready to redirect your rent to your skincare routine, spritz on the new hydrating floral Essence, also made with Sofia for the Coppola Hideaways Resort in Belize. Glow like you just spent a week at the resort without paying the price. $700 might seem like a lot, but $3,000 per night at the Coppola family’s retreat makes the mask quite a steal in comparison.
Don’t worry, I’d never leave you without some beauty products you can actually impulsively purchase without extreme financial consequences. Rhode – following Glossier’s cookie butter-scented trail – just launched a limited edition cinnamon roll peptide lip tint. OUAI’s new “OUAI To Go” launch lets you assemble your dream travel kit, so you can bring your dialed haircare routine wherever the holiday season takes you.
Before You Go…
Madewell and LESET launched a collaborative capsule featuring LESET’s signature super-soft Pointelle in bright cherry red, charcoal grey, and white colorways. Gift the Tee & Pant Set, buy a few cardigans and shirts for yourself. (For what it’s worth, the brand is running a sitewide 30% off sale, although as far as I can tell, it doesn’t apply to the collab.) The Jude launched its first collection this week, the brainchild of By Far founder Dasha Bumbarova and her partner Jurgita Dileviciute. At the time of writing, the US site appears to not yet be live, which is obviously very chic. Dorsey launched Pendants. They’re so sparkly, tantalizing, and strategically intended to string onto the label’s Rivieres, but nobody can stop you (or me) from lacing these onto something you already own.
DITA partnered with Jenna Lyons to launch the LYONS frame, available in both sun and optical styles, and just as iconic as the woman herself. Doen’s second installment of Holiday launched earlier this week, and it’s just as shimmering and cozy (wool and cashmere, you have my attention) as I’d expect. You might need some very expensive and ridiculous silk pajamas from Comme Si and Le Sirenuse, or you might need to gift them to the person in your life who deserves some spoiling this year. (Bonus points for the campaign, which features a delightful recreation of an Audrey Hepburn fish image I love.)
Allow me to leave you with my favorite flavor of news: the sale section. The SSENSE sale is officially live. I think I had my Private Sale privileges revoked due to my brave purchase restraint over the last year; be sure to log in to your account, because you might be luckier than me. There’s no time like the present to open five million tabs of Tekla, Flore Flore, Dries, and so much Leset. Nordstrom is kicking off Black Friday. Saks won’t stop emailing me about its 50% off Designer. The same goes for Hereu; use the code PRIVATESALEAW24 for 30% off of its new collection. Head to Theory for 25% off sitewide AND a sale; filter for cashmere.
