Welcome to Launch Digest, where we bring you the latest and greatest product launches to hit the market across the DTC universe. It’s sheer launch overload this week, but I’m not complaining. We’re spoiled by sparkly objects galore: beauty superheroes that will calm your complexion and transform your winter skin from dull to deeply hydrated; pantry delights from morning to night; and so many new spring/summer collections and sales you’ll forget you ever stressed about what to wear to that July wedding (just me?) Let’s digest.

Saie Hello To Sun-Kissed Perfection & A Pacified Complexion
I hope you’re prepared to dip into your treat-yourself-savings, because this week’s beauty launches are bound to have you reaching for your card information. Saie introduced Dew Bronze, a soft-focus liquid bronzer that hydrates, soothes, and nourishes all skin types for the soft sculpt of your dreams. Say goodbye to the chalky bronzer collecting dust at the back of your makeup drawer, and hello to plant-derived glycerin, silica, and evening primrose that melt into the skin for a never-streaky, subtly blurred effect. (Just another launch that proves to me Saie is making the best minimal effort, maximum hot-girl-effect clean beauty in the game.)
Noticing redness and irritation flare up as the temperatures rise? Tata Harper’s newest launch, a pillowy Calming Cream formulated with botanicals clinically proven to reduce itching and inflammation, is the answer to your emergency skincare prayers. Tazman Pepperberry reduces burning and redness; Tahitian Golden Microalgae targets chronic inflammation and calms flare-ups; and Oat Seed Oil moisturizes and fortifies the skin barrier, all crafted with Green Performance technology to target overactive inflammatory pathways, halting sensitivities at their onset. It’s also Eczema and Pregnancy Safe. Another home run for the geniuses behind Tata Harper’s green, clean, science-backed skincare.
Tower 28 and OUAI partnered on a limited edition St. Barts Lip Jelly, formulated with food-grade flavor that smells like OUAI’s signature dragon fruit, orange blossom, tuberose, and baltic amber. Vacation in a lip gloss.
ILIA’s new Lip Sketch Hydrating Crayon makes a convincing case that lipliner is, much like bronzer, very en vogue in the clean beauty space this month. (See: Kosas’ hyaluronic Hotliner, which launched two weeks ago.) All of the girls are turning out lipliners that are more hydrating and plumping than your standard pencil; this one features algae extract to encourage fat production in the lips, salicornia for water transport and hydration, rosehip oil to nourish and soften and, you guessed it, hyaluronic acid. Pick between twelve shades made for lining and filling, used alone or with a gloss on top – choose your own adventure.
Another trend I can get behind: bodycare with face-grade botanicals. Monastery joins the category alongside OSEA with its Body Kit, featuring the brand’s new Universal Balm and long-time cult-favorite Lapiz Matte Body Oil. Infused with natural oils and waxes, the Universal Balm deeply repairs dull and dry skin, sealing in moisture all-over (and, as a bonus, delivering a delicious scent profile of Sandalwood, Neroli, and Hinoki). The Lapiz Oil, packing squalane and calming blue yarrow, soothes and enhances your skin’s natural glow. Forget a “bikini body,” whatever that means. At this rate, all readers of my Launch Digest are destined to become beacons of radiant light on the beach this summer.
Make Some Room In Your Pantry
Now that we’ve spent considerable time in your bathroom and vanity, let’s turn to the kitchen. Jot launched a new Cinnamon Dolce concentrate that’ll spice up your morning beverage, made with just water, coffee, and natural flavors. While we’re in the world of coffee concentrates, Cometeer introduced a build-your-own-box situation for subscribers. Cometeer’s frozen pods are shockingly dialed in – pick your favorite roaster and you’ll see. One more, then I’m done: Blue Bottle and The Weeknd partnered on a Buna Tetu Blend, bursting with bold, chocolate notes and a hint of fruit. (Join the waitlist if you’re an instant coffee kind of person. No judgment.)
Tinned fish brand Siesta Co. is dipping its fork into gourmet seasoning: meet the new Spanish Sea Salt Flakes, featuring natural, citrus, ginger, and black salts sourced from the Mediterranean coast of Spain. Dust these on roasted vegetables, an herby salad, or your favorite dip – all of which are only made better by Siesta’s tinned fish, of course.
Forgive me for not sharing this news with you earlier – nobody’s perfect – but Honey Mama’s launched a Peanut Butter Cup Truffle Bar. Creamy house-made peanut butter, crunchy roasted peanuts, and raw honey (all organic, of course). Run, don’t walk.
Hopefully You Have A Walk-In Closet…
Because I have more than five new collections for you to peruse. Mother launched its summer collection, SPLASH, and it’s got all the relaxed 90s denim and cutoffs you might need from now through October.
Dôen and Gap debuted a limited-edition collection this morning, featuring sisters Lily and Ruby Aldrige as the faces of the campaign. I don’t have many details, but I am raising an eyebrow at what seems like an odd couple – Doen’s ethical and sustainably-made garments meet fast fashion? A rhetorical question to which I have no conclusion. That won’t stop people from shopping – the pieces that imitate Dôen’s bestsellers are already nearly gone, allegedly restocking soon – but perhaps your conscience is stronger than an eyelet midi dress or a 90s floral set.
Ancient Greek Sandals’ new jellies collection features some Havaianas-leaning flip flops that hit the sweet spot of high-low for your coastal vacation capsule wardrobe (or your beach day, if you spend all of your vacation money on said capsule wardrobe). While we’re speaking of your vacation wardrobe, you might find a good portion of it via Staud’s beach launch, exclusively available on Shopbop.
This week also brings some great brand collaborations. Comme Si – makers of the It-Girl Italian sock – partnered with Liberty London, unearthing five floral prints rendered on Cotton Poplin and Silk Twill destined for a life in the English countryside. Uniqlo and Marimekko revisit their ongoing alliance to play on each other’s strengths: Uniqlo’s signature styles in Marimekko’s colorful, summer-seeking prints. London label Vespertine’s new Mazzy Star-inspired, silk-saturated collection, “So Tonight That I Might See,” whispers “wear me on a sexy date in a humid climate.” Penciling those two elements into my calendar to justify purchasing this dress.
If you, like me, are frantically searching for summer wedding attire, we are both in luck. Mytheresa’s Sale is a treasure trove of gowns for every type of wedding and guest. Sea New York’s new collection might also possess what you seek, along with beautiful embroidered tops and unexpected skirts that’ll carry your closet through Summer and Fall. Thinking about a courthouse wedding or bridal shower in these pants and this slip.
