OSEA Celebrates Leap Year With A Little Cheeky Time Travel
OSEA’s Leap Year promotion might be the most clever holiday deal of the year (and yes, I’m including the whole of 2023). The seaweed-infused skincare brand was born in Malibu, California in 1996 – which just so happened to be a Leap Year. In honor of the brand’s anniversary, they’re turning back prices (and their site’s graphic design) to mirror the 90s. From now until March 3, shop the brand’s bestsellers, from the hydrating Hyaluronic Sea Serum to the game-changing Undaria Algae Body Oil, at very retro prices.
If you’re a true fan, snap up a limited edition, super soft crewneck ($96) featuring a vintage design inspired by OSEA’s Malibu roots. Shipping is free on orders over $60. You’d be a fool not to stock up on your favorites, and if you haven’t tried the Vagus Nerve line yet, you can thank me for your parasympathetic reset.
Monica Lewinsky x Reformation, And Several Other Newsworthy Collabs
No, your eyes do not deceive you. Reformation teamed up with Monica Lewinsky for a coup of a campaign, one that encourages you both to vote and to shop Reformation’s workwear collection. Featuring Lewinsky in a series of power poses and new, well-tailored Reformation dresses, coats, and suits, the collaboration offers a few inspiring quotes – “Voting is using your voice to be heard, and it’s the most defining aspect of our democracy” – alongside a link to Vote.org. I don’t have full faith that this will mobilize the masses toward political participation, but it sure is fun.
Susan Alexandra — not one to ever turn out an expected partnership, see: the Ciao Lucia Bag and Philips Sonicare Tote — teamed up with a cereal this week. The Berry PEBBLES x Susan Alexandra capsule is the stuff of childhood dreams, featuring a hand-beaded Breakfast Vignette Bag that spins a bowl of Fruity Pebbles out of sequins and glass beads. Shop adorable bag charms that require less of a financial commitment and double as joy-inducing keychains.
Ganni wins the prize for most partnerships per year — without sacrificing quality. This week, the label partnered with Mejuri on four limited-edition pieces featuring chunky chains, mixed metals, and lucky clovers. The collaborative campaign highlights real-life best friends in matching four-leaf clovers: “hard to find, lucky to have.” A flawless launch, from the creative to the jewelry itself.
COS and Linda Farrow have done it again. Their Spring Summer 2024 collection — highlighting reworked archive styles — is (mostly) sub-$200 and made for fantasizing about sunnier weather in coastal France. All of the frames are perfect, but I’m partial to the Ovals and Blades. Indulge my overactive imagination.

Put A Spring In Your Closet’s Step
If your closet needs a complete refresh, you’re in luck. Every label is launching a new spring collection, and some are quite compelling. I’ve collected the highlights for you.
Sezane’s new Spring In Italy collection is exactly as titled: organic cotton cardigans, linen, hand-woven raffia, embroidered white breezy cotton blouses, and scientifically-engineered-platonic-ideal of the sailor stripe long-sleeve.
M. Gemi’s new line of timeless classics is made for completing your wardrobe revamp. The Agnese has captured my heart (Mary Jane meets delicate slingback, need I say more), and the hand-sewn Italian-style Sacca Donna loafer is the kind of shoe you’ll have and wear for years to come. While we’re on the subject of footwear, for die-hard Mary Jane fans (the shoe, not the substance), Le Monde Beryl’s new collection has what you need — or want, and what’s the difference — from satin to suede. Say yes to the mesh, for about half the price of The Row’s iteration. You’re practically making money!
St. Agni is making Summer basics look as sleek and sophisticated as their Winter counterparts, which is no easy feat. I want so many things, here are the highlights: an open back silk maxi dress for a dinner date on a hot night, a Tencel Jersey mock neck maxi that should be a hot girl daily driver, an asymmetrical tank that I hope to be wearing every day of May and June, and what I am deeming The Perfect Long Sleeve.
Skincare For Summer, In March
Everyone’s favorite nostalgic sun care brand Vacation just launched Instant Vacation, a multi-tasking tanning lotion that instantly — key word — delivers a bronzed, sun-kissed glow while simultaneously providing broad spectrum SPF 30 protection and skin-firming natural oils. And it smells like cocoa and hazelnuts. The brand is aptly referring to this invention as Paradise In A Bottle. Sign me up.
Evian’s new Floral Face Mists, formulated with mineral water and natural floral extracts, will keep you hydrated while you tan — and ever-more-radiant as the days become brighter and warmer.
Before You Go…
We’re far from finished! The official SSENSE Sale is dead and gone, but there’s a secret sale that’s still (secretly) alive. For your Summer weddings and graphic t-shirt needs, head straight to Realisation Par’s sale — and score an extra 20% off the listed prices.
Very important launch alert: the best dip on earth, Sunny, just unveiled a new Green Tahini. It’s the same addictive whipped tahini, made brighter and more herbaceous with organic cilantro, basil, and a dash of jalapeño. Oh, and Sunny is now available at Whole Foods. Buy all three and make your life ten times more delicious.
Our cultural obsession with olive oil isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Wonder Valley just dropped a Big Bottle of its signature harvest olive oil, featuring a redesign courtesy of LA-based artist Dave Bowers. It’s twice the size of the standard bottle and 15% less than the cost of two bottles. Again, here I am, helping you MAKE money. Graza launched potato chips made with its EVOO, Galician potatoes, and flaky salt. Snag a bag for $7, or 10 bags for $50, because you’re going to want more than one bag.
Happy shopping. Email me directly – zoe@thequalityedit.com – with any launches you’d like to see in the spotlight, or DM us over @thequalityedit.
