Welcome to Launch Digest, where we bring you the latest and greatest product launches to hit the market across the DTC universe. This week, the cup runneth over with new items for luxuriating in your beauty ritual just a little bit longer, like hair masks, body masks, and a moisturizer that’s bound to be so great, I’m telling you about it a week before its official launch. We’ve also got a brand essentially invented by the Ozempic epidemic, new modular shoes for looking (and walking) your best, and a whole lot of premature pumpkin spice.

For Your Shower Ritual
I can hardly contain my excitement about this week’s bathing-oriented launches. Perhaps it’s because sometimes I feel carried by the fantasy that all of my life’s problems might be solved by an indulgently long “Everything Shower.” And one can’t have an Everything Shower without, well, everything. Last week I brought some exfoliation and anti-bacterial toning into your life. This week, we’re focusing on washing and masking (for both your hair and your body). Start with RŌZ’s brand new FOUNDATION Mask, formulated to deeply hydrate hair, repair damage, and protect and preserve color. If it’s anything like the brand’s other products – and I have a feeling it is, because this haircare is consistent – it’ll also smell so fantastic, you’ll start dreaming up ways to distill it into a perfume.
After you’ve masked your locks, you’ll want to cover your entire body in iota’s new Superchili Body Mask. Created to nourish your skin while also visibly smoothing and tightening, you’ll feel it working instantly: tingly Sichuan Pepper lifts, peptides boost collagen production, and 24 extra vitamins, minerals, and actives do plenty of things for your best body yet while you sit back and relax.
When you’re ready to take it (or rather, wash it) all off, step into your spa-like shower and open OSEA’s newest creation, a pH-balancing, lightly foaming, body wash version of its cult-favorite Undaria Algae Body Oil. Your skin will feel nourished and revitalized after this lather and – even better, in my book – your bathroom will smell like a grapefruit, lime, cypress-scented retreat by the ocean.
MERIT just unveiled their latest invention: the Great Skin Moisturizer, a lightweight cream that preps skin for makeup while also providing time-release hydration throughout your day. It’s made with the same Great Skin™ Complex of peptides, spermidine, and barrier polysaccharides used in the brand’s Serum, meaning it’s practically guaranteed to garner the same five-star reviews. It doesn’t officially launch until the 22nd, but you can join the waitlist now for early access (and order something from MERIT while you’re on the site, because they’re promising tester packets in every package).
For Your Wellness Routine
First there was kombucha, then there was prebiotic soda mania, and now: electrolytes. With each season comes a new beverage boom, and we’re currently inundated by brands promising to better hydrate us with the best salts, the deepest ocean minerals, and the least additives. Instant Hydration might be the first brand to actually deliver. These packets – which just launched this morning, so this is breaking news – feature Celtic Sea Salt, essential minerals, and 1445 mg of Electrolytes. Pick between flavors like Watermelon and Lemon-Lime or go Unflavored if you prefer a blank beverage canvas.
Speaking of trends…we’ve reached a point at which Ozempic-related side effects are spawning new brands. SoWell just launched the first-to-market GLP-1 Support System, formulated to alleviate common side effects of Ozempic like fatigue, GI disregulation, headaches, muscle loss, and hair loss. For about $105, you’ll get electrolytes to ease nausea, a protein powder to maintain muscle mass and hair density, and a fiber supplement for your gut health. Of course, the brand was founded by a doctor, designed to reach the one in eight Americans currently using GLP-1 medications. A collab between the pharmaceutical industry and the DTC wellness world. The future is here…
Before You Go…
A smattering of new launches to bring you closer to fall, from cozy footwear that’ll carry you through seasonal transitions to the threatening beginnings of pumpkin spice season.
It’s not every day a new footwear invention hits the scene. Husband-and-wife duo Chris and Sarah Rhoads launched Commbi on Tuesday, a footwear company quite literally engineered to merge style and health. Featuring memory foam contoured footbeds designed in partnership with podiatrists and a patent-pending modular insole system, each shoe – from a slide to a mule – can be made new in an instant. When you tire of your memory foam cotton and wool blend sole, swap it out for a shearling or vegan leather. Get comfortable and look good doing it.
Whether you like it or not, pumpkin spice season is coming. In fact, it might already be here. Sweet Loren’s just brought back its fan-favorite Pumpkin Spice cookie dough, which just so happens to be free of dairy, gluten, eggs, and nuts. Bake it or eat it raw, I won’t judge (and actually, I won’t know). Love + Chew re-released its Pumpkin Chip cookies, which are also vegan, made with almond butter, chia seeds, and dates, and great for having dessert and calling it breakfast. And if you’re pumpkin averse but can still get down with a spiced fall flavor, Minor Figures’ new Barista Chai Concentrate – crafted from loose-leaf teas and spices like ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and star anise – is ready for its moment in the spotlight of your beverage rotation. I think a singular leaf just changed its color.
