When I learned about bird&be, I was ecstatic to find a brand that was making naturopath / functional med doc-approved formulations for every stage of my fertility journey. This has been a huge lifesaver and timesaver throughout my pregnancy to make sure I’m making safe and mindful choices for me and the babies. Little Bean also scans all of my beauty products to make sure they’re pregnancy-safe, so I can sound like an expert without having to do all the research.

My hair and I have been on a journey, but as you may have noticed, being pregnant has made me a lot more mindful about what I put on and in my body. HAIRSTORY is my new go-to pregnancy hair brand because it’s non-toxic, safe for mom and baby, doesn’t have any damaging detergents, is amazing for my hair, and good for the environment.

Give me local, give me clean, give me small-batch, give me handmade. I’ve been loving the soaps ($4.25) and lotions from Aspen Essence recently. All of their products are as au naturale as they can be, but also super medicinal and healing. They make every shower feel like a spa experience.

Salt & Stone is the “It Girl” of natural deodorants, and I’m so in. Not only are their scents ah-may-zing, but they use other ingredients like seaweed and hyaluronic acid to keep my skin hydrated, nourished, and—most importantly—odor-free. I’ve also been playing around with their Body Mists ($45) for the moments I need an added pick-me-up.

Self-plug, but no joke, these adjustable bikini bottoms are at the top of my list no matter what. They are perfect for a growing belly in the summer and they keep things looking fierce. They’re also insanely comfortable, so you’ll never feel like you’re being squeezed on your hips. Did I mention they’re sustainable, biodegradable, and ethically manufactured?

This Bump Butter has been a godsend throughout my pregnancy, helping to support my skin with a ton of incredible, skin-loving butters and oils all in one. Better yet, it’s super absorbable and I can use it on my boobs, bump, and buns (because everything is growing, let me tell you).
