Welcome to Launch Digest, where we bring you the latest and greatest product launches to hit the market across the DTC universe. Finally, it’s really starting to feel like warmer weather is here – and not just lurking around the corner. As the sun shows us some love, these new launches are following suit: zinc SPF that won’t leave a trace across your face, post-sun care that’ll nourish dried out (sun-kissed) skin, and cheerful bedding that embraces the turn of the seasons. The winter blues – and your heavy duty coat – are officially banished.
Vacation Preemptively Quenches Your Sun-Dried Skin, $12
I credit Vacation as the brand that finally got me to develop a sunscreen addiction – no nagging required. Their oils, lotions, and sprays, all of which have intoxicating, compliment-inducing scents, are staples in my bathroom cabinet, canvas tote, and yes, even my glove compartment. Vacation’s latest invention, After Sun Gel ($12), is right on theme with its nostalgic branding and commitment to encouraging safe sun. Featuring a calming blend of Aloe, Cucumber, and Bisabolol (the active ingredient in Chamomile), and boosted by Niacinamide, Vitamin E, Hyaluronic Acid, and Tremella Mushroom, this gel might have a retro sensibility, but it’s certainly not the sticky aloe you remember from decades past. It also smells amazing (of course). Like a hotel room and plush cotton towels, with a dash of citrus and cucumber. Perfect for treating your skin after a day spent in the sunshine – no sunburns required.
A New Twist On An Old Classic: Staff And Clorox Re-Make The Mop, $48
Modern household essentials brand Staff has joined forces with Clorox – THE king of classic cleaning – to create The Mop ($48), an all-in-one tool that makes tidying a tad more joyful. Designed for both aesthetic pleasure and function, The Mop looks just as elegant leaning against a wall as it does in action, handling your mess and replacing it with the delightful scent of Tahitian Grapefruit, Tuscan Lavender and Jasmine, or Pacific Breeze and Coconut. Sorry, Swiffer. There’s a newer, sexier tool in town – and it has a little anthropomorphic top hat, too.
Wake Up On The Right Side Of The Bed With New Coverlets From Dusen Dusen, from $68
Dusen Dusen’s new nature-inspired coverlets and shams sing a song of spring. Whether you’re embracing a vibrant teal with the Leaf coverlet or leaning more minimalist with Birch, bring the brightness of a verdant season into your home. It’s the interior decor equivalent of buying yourself flowers, because it’s April and you deserve a bright and beautiful refresh.
Finally, A Zinc Facial SPF That Won’t Embarrass You (But Will Preserve Your Youthful, Not-Sun-Damaged Skin), $85
Neada Deter’s LESSE is the answer to every “skinimalist’s” pursuit for simple, effective, and organic essentials in tubes and jars that simultaneously elevate your bathroom cabinet and skincare regimen. The brand’s latest launch, an SPF-30 born from four years of thoughtful development and testing, proves that it might just be ready to handle every step along your daily routine. The Every Tone SPF 30 ($85) is a non-nano zinc facial sunscreen engineered to, as its name suggests, blend into all skin tones – with no white cast left behind. It’s also naturally water-resistant, soothing for sensitive skin, and boosted with seed extracts, fruit oils, and antioxidants that will nourish your skin while protecting it from UV-rays and long-term effects of sun damage. Reviewers are saying “I’M SHOCKED” and “GAMECHANGER.” Let’s add-to-cart and bring-to-beach, shall we?

CFDA Accessories Designer of the Year Luar just collaborated with DTC darling Mejuri on a limited-edition three-piece collection that will likely sell out before the end of the weekend. Featuring modular hoop earrings ($275); an adorable gold and white topaz charm ($98); and a unique spin on Luar’s cult-favorite Ana bag ($275) with gold hardware and a removable chain, the capsule is precisely as perfect as you’d expect from a meeting of two fabulous design minds.
Sandy Liang introduced a few new jewelry pieces which, if they’re like any of the brand’s other launches, will go quickly. Particularly the unfathomably cute mary jane keychain ($98). You’ve been warned.
Getting tired of your functional prebiotic soda rotation? Lucky you, Poppi just dropped its newest flavor: Grape. And while you’re revamping your picnic basket essentials, throw in Proxies’ latest non-alcoholic wine collab made in partnership with wife-and-husband chef duo Beverly Kim and Johnny Clark. Inspired by magnolia berry and Asian pear, it’s giving sparkling, lively rosé – with all of the delight, and none of the hangover.
