Well, gang, we made it: it's the end of another year. And I don't know about you, but I could definitely use a reset.
No matter what shape you made it here in – whether 2023 was kind to you or you're already repressing it – every new year is a chance at a brand new beginning. While you don't need the calendar to give you permission to start new habits, there's something about Resolution Season that gives that extra boost of momentum.
Our advice to the New You? Try to find the fun in it. The skincare that feels like pampering, the clean foods that still taste great. To that end, we've put together a little guide with some suggestions: ten of our favorite products to kick-start your reinvention.
We might all be works in progress, but that doesn't mean we need boot camp. A little bit of loving self-care goes a very long way.

For the ultimate flossing experience:
As the world’s first electric flosser, Flaus combines dental floss with patented technology. Operating at 18,000 sonic vibrations per minute, it amps up the flossing experience and claims to be a more comfortable and gentle dental experience. Besides the tech component behind Flaus, it also boasts the bona fides of being both accessible and sustainable. The device can be used with just one hand and has an ergonomic handle that is easier to use for those with dexterity issues. Plus, the floss heads are made of recycled plastic (reducing the amount of floss normally used by 95%!) and can be returned to the brand to be fully upcycled.

For finally taking your vitamins:
One of our favorite wellness brands for everything from gut health to pre- and post-partum nutrition, Ritual delivers radically transparent supplements without the pseudoscience. That means these vitamins are packed with ingredients you need, and leave out the ones you might not (like ever-popular Vitamin C, which is easier to get from diet alone). Skip the guesswork by subscribing to Ritual’s Essential for Women Multivitamin, which helps support brain, bone, and blood health* with nine traceable ingredients. The brand also offers best-in-class prenatal and postnatal vitamins ($39 each) available for new moms & moms-to-be, and the 3-in-1 gut health supplement we can’t stop raving about, Synbiotic+ ($54).

For increasing your movement:
The WalkingPad R2 is an excellent way to accomplish what I wanted: more steps in my workday. It’s an elegant, flexible solution to limited space and time, so I can see why it’s so appealing to the WFH crowd. Its foldable feature is awesome, and I appreciate how nimble this edition is across speeds, allowing me to walk for ages or get in one brief, necessary run.

For your overdue ohm-coming:
I love a yoga class as much as the next millennial. But without my own mat, I always feel like a temporary visitor. Getting a mat of your own is the first step toward building a practice, and when yours looks this good, you'll be itching to break it out. Bala's Play Mat isn't just about aesthetics, though: the 8mm thickness makes it soft and supportive on your joints. It's also moisture-wicking and nonslip, with a built-in storage strap. But let's be honest, it's also just really damn cute.

For new H2O habits:
By now, you've probably heard that you should be drinking a gallon of water a day – maybe you've even tried it. But if you're like me, trying to do it one glass at a time just isn't panning out. Waterdrop's sleek 34 oz. bottles only need to be filled up four times to hit your goal, but they're still sleek and portable, unlike lugging around a gallon jug. For an added boost of hydration, try adding a cube from the Microdrink Taster Pack ($23), which dissolve into nutrient-rich fruit- and vitamin-powered drinks.

For catching better Zzzzs:
Sleep hygiene is the latest massive trend in wellness spaces, but with multiple links to stress reduction and overall health, it's not just a marketing phrase. Steer clear of pharmaceutical approaches with Juna's natural sleep aid gummies which are enriched with chamomile and magnesium. Not to mention, these yummy pre-bed treats are supported by rave customer reviews and independent, third-party lab results. Plus the ritual of winding down every night, an hour or so before bed, will prime you to drift off in the most luxurious way.

For analog accountability:
No more writing your resolutions on a sheet of paper that gets buried at the bottom of your drawers. Evergreen's Habit Journal offers a monthly habit planner, tracker and check-in review, as well as space for daily journaling. Sure you could download a habit-tracking app, but isn't less screen time part of your New Me journey anyway?

For eating clean with convenience:
I've sung Thistle's praises before as a meal-delivery provider, and it bears repeating that eating healthily doesn't have to be a slog. Not only are Thistle's meals delicious, fresh, and seasonal – the brand also has one hell of an inventory to choose from. Load up on salads to make lunchtime easy, or lean into juice offerings for a plant-powered cleanse. Thistle’s happy to accommodate carnivores and herbivores alike – at a pretty great price that requires zero commitment.

For battling bad posture:
Foam rolling is a remarkably effective way for targeting posture problems – but you don't get as much bang for your buck if you use a one-size-fits-all approach. Try Chirp's set of differently-sized wheels designed to target different muscular issues. Use the largest wheel for recovery, the medium wheel to dig into knots, and the small wheel to relieve tension in key pressure points. Each wheel has a built in groove designed to cushion your spine, working the muscles around it instead of pressing into the bone. It turns out foam rollers aren't just for gym rats.

For making it through Dry January:
Whether you're abstaining from booze this month or not, chances are you might need a break from all that holiday imbibing. De Soi's N/A aperitifs are tasty enough to mitigate your FOMO, with adaptogens like bay leaf and earl grey that still help take the edge off. If you've ever felt plagued by "hang-xiety," you'll relish the chance to kick back and unwind without the dreaded crash the next day. You even might carry it with you out of January and into the year ahead.
