An Easier-Than-Expected Assembly
After ordering my Jumbo Waldorf Rocker with Slide playset ($399), a set of flat-packed boxes arrived on my doorstep. The Jumbo Waldorf Rocker looked daunting, but ended up being quite easy to assemble. Because it comes packed with an allen key, I didn’t need to sift through the toolbox to find the right screwdriver to put it together. And that’s the only tool required—after a few minutes of work, voila! And even better, the slide that pairs with the rocker comes ready to use right out of the package.

Offering Multiple Ways To Play
The Cassarokids website touts that my child can “climb mountains, sail the seas, battle dragons, or emerge as butterflies from their comfy cocoons with the help of this versatile playset”— and it couldn’t be more true. The brand offers playsets in 2-, 3-, and 4-piece options. We started with a 2-piece set that we’ll be able to grow over time.
With multiple pieces, I can configure the playset in several ways for versatility in how my daughter plays each day. Paired together, she has a small mountain to climb, up the slide and atop the rocker. Placed right-side-up, she crawls through the rocker’s tunnel to ‘boo’ me and my husband. And flipped upside down, she has a boat that she can rock back-and-forth on the calm seas of our living room carpet.
When she’s older, the playset will grow with her. She can lay the rocker on its side to put on a puppet show or make a lemonade stand, and move the pieces around to create her own imagined world.
Whether she’s climbing the slide, crawling through the rocker, or toddling around the side, I can see her comfort and strength grow day-by-day. After several weeks, she’s an expert at going up-and-down her slide and swaying back-and-forth in the upturned rocker, and I know she’ll continue to grow into a confident little gal with this playset in her routine.
