“As a woman in my 30s, it's no longer acceptable to just throw on a pair of Spongebob Squarepants boxers and a tank top with a graffiti Playboy Bunny from someone's bar mitzvah in the early 2000s. Enter: Cotidié. This cozy sleep set isn't cheap, but neither is good sleep (and it's perfect for the change in seasons when you don't want to be too hot or too cold as you catch your best REM). The top and pants are luxuriously soft, stretchy, and an updated take on the classic pajama set, making me feel like I'm a business woman in these streets and in these sheets. It's taking me a long time to understand that keeping your vibrations high applies to even the things that only you can see (or sleep in).” –Annie Goodman

“My dogs are maybe the biggest carnivores out there, so when I got the chance to try Bramble's plant-based dog food, I was skeptical at best. Both my 3-year-old and 14-year-old dog cannot get enough of Bramble's sustainably-made, plant-based dog food. Even better, my dad, who works in developing supplements for animals said, ‘This looks very healthy. I'd use this if I had a dog!’” –Dana Abraham

“I go through white sneakers pretty fast (I can make them last two seasons max) and I'm the opposite of a brand loyalist. With every pair, I get closer to the ideal and this ballistic nylon option from Novella seems to be the one I've been looking for. They spoke to me not only because they were inspired by slam poetry (check out the heel), but also because they have a slim profile and plenty of cushion (a rare combo). They're only available in half sizes for women, so make sure you take a look at the fit guide.” –Sanibel Chai

“Searching for the best athleticwear is an ongoing hunt, with the need to accommodate work-from-home fits, 7am pilates class and everyday loungewear needs. This month, I’ve finally snagged the sold-out performance pieces from Sami Clarke’s FORM collection to add to my small, running tally of those that pass the squat test — they pass the sweet spot for high-performance fitness *and* aesthetically pleasing.” –Alyssa Kluge

“I’ve had to spend money I don’t have on massage after massage because my neck was getting messed up time and again from sleeping with the wrong types of pillows. I’ve thus been on the lookout for a pillow that has great reviews and is intended to ensure your head is always properly positioned for a good night’s sleep, regardless of your sleeping position! I’m delighted to report that Ostrichpillow’s Memory Foam Bed Pillow absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s changed my sleeping habits and relieved me of my ongoing neck pain. I recommend it to anyone struggling with the same!” –Naomi Joshi

“Having tried — and loathed — every greens powder on the market, I was surprised to find one to suit my incredibly finicky palate. And also meet my nutritionist's standards. Sakara packs in all the protein (12g of organic pea, organic hemp and organic pumpkin) along with a super greens blend (spirulina, wheat grass, barley grass and chlorella) but it's the hint of vanilla that you taste. Simply delicious. And the perfect post-workout fuel to replenish my Crossfit efforts, while nurturing detoxification and lean muscle maintenance ongoing.” –Christine Morrison

“The RANAVAT Kansa Wand is one of the best facial massage tools I've tried. It's that time of the year where I tend to have more irritation, puffiness and redness as the weather turns colder, and I love that this tool helps to combat that – while also feeling amazing on my skin. It's a great tool to help you wake up in the morning (or at least look more awake)!” –Laura Garber

“Every time I’ve had a glass of sake out on the town, I enjoy it so much that I wonder why I don’t keep any at home. Now I do, thanks to Dassai’s ability to combine premium practices with a very doable price point. Their craft sake uses only the gold standard Yamada Nishiki rice, and only pasteurizes once (as opposed to other brands’ double pasteurization), resulting in a much fresher taste. It’s going to keep me company all winter, and I can’t wait.” -Ryan Willison

“My discovery of LMNT's Chocolate Salt will go down in history as a turning point. Never have I been so hydrated or hooked on a single tonic – and that's saying a lot, considering my track record as an alternative beverage freak. It's salty, it's sweet, it's dosed with magnesium and electrolytes and pure liquid bliss. I've convinced everyone near and dear to me to try a packet or two, and I've yet to meet a human being who is able to deny...the power...of LMNT. Order a box at your own risk, because you (like me) will now be chained to a monthly electrolyte subscription you just can't quit. (Once your box arrives, here's a recipe from my own home kitchen: 1/2 packet LMNT, 1/2 tsp cacao powder, sprinkle cinnamon, sprinkle Moon Juice Spirit Dust, splash TACHE pistachio milk. Happy sipping.)” –Zoë Brown

“Manifest Beauty's Plump Pout is my fall beauty must-have. The lip oil contains Colombian chili and cinnamon, which create a tingly, lip-plumping reaction. I’ve been using it every morning as a hydrating and plumping lip prepper, and reapplying throughout the day over my lipstick to add extra shine. The subtle cinnamon scent is as far as this pumpkin-spice-averse writer will stray into autumnal-themed fragrance this fall, and is a major, delicious factor in why I can't stop reaching for my Plump Pout! They've just added a few tinted shades, which I can't wait to give as stocking stuffers during the holidays. The brand is committed to using vegan, cruelty free, and non toxic ingredients, which makes me feel comfortable adding it to my daily clean beauty rotation.” –Hannah Baker

“Cold plunging is all the rage and I'm here for it! This sleek and fully insulated cold plunge makes it so easy to take ice baths at home, meaning you can reap so many health benefits right in your own backyard. It's perfect for a quick dip, or a longer session (if you can work up to it) and has been a game changer for me in relieving sore muscles, reducing inflammation, and adding mental clarity.” –Jenni Stein

“I had the most gorgeous CB2 boucle bowtie chair before purchasing the Branch Verve Chair in mint. Needless to say, I came into my relationship with Branch with a nearly broken back. While beautiful, the chair was probably the least ergonomic chair I've ever sat in. Unpacking and assembling the Branch Verve chair was a breeze, and it was just as aesthetically pleasing as my CB2 chair, but with actual functional and ergonomic benefits. It features six points of adjustment for a perfect fit: tilt and tilt lock, seat height, seat depth, armrest height, lumbar height, and tilt tension. The chair molds to your back, supporting your spine and posture and I finally feel truly supported sitting at my desk for hours on end.” –Lauren Kleinman

“These opal hoops from Melinda Maria are my new favorite way to dress up an outfit – they're a good size and not too heavy, and the blue opal color is stunning. An easy way to upgrade a fairly standard look!” –Kaleigh Moore
