“Skyr is a richer, creamier, and more flavorful yogurt alternative. If you like your mid-afternoon snack to taste like a dense dessert (with 16 grams of protein and 100% organic ingredients, flavored with fresh fruit), you'll love Painterland Sister's Skyr (pronounced skeer). Be sure to try the Savannah Peach flavor.” –Lizzy Briskin

“I have hair extensions, which means washing and drying all this hair is a big time commitment. I recently got the Dyson Airwap i.d., and my time spent drying and styling is down by HALF. It's a pricey item, but it saves so much time and has made my hair healthier and stronger, as the heat settings on this device are ideal for fragile hair (like mine!) Cannot recommend this multi-tool enough.” –Kaleigh Moore

“I spent all of February in Miami, where my entire hair care routine revolved around one word: humidity. With natural 3B curls, I needed something that would pronounce my ringlets without making me look like I may or may not have been hit by lightning—and this was it. The Brazilian Joia™ Milky Leave-In Conditioner became my holy grail. A post-shower spritz and my flyaways go away and stay away, leaving my curls soft, defined, and shiny in a way that doesn’t feel crunchy or overly styled. Plus, the amount of compliments I get just from how good Sol de Janeiro’s products smell… say less.” –Shei Marcelline

“I’ve been dealing with some chronic tension in my shoulder for several months, and after some online research, decided to give red light therapy a try. I was sent Mito Red Light’s MitoPro300x model. After just two tries my shoulder felt more relaxed. I’m excited to use it more consistently for long-term results, and also am curious to see if it enhances my sleep quality over time.” –Lauren Kleinman

“I've already talked about what red light can do. I've already done my at-home microcurrent work. I've already tortured my esthetician about microneedling and avant garde facial treatments. But where, oh where, has Medi Lift been all my life? The Medi Lift is basically me when I'm in the mood for Sinister Skincare Cosplay (every day). The mask (which is a literal mask that could also be used for Halloween) uses electronic muscle stimulation to deeply tone and tighten the skin...and all you need is 10 minutes a day. Before diving deep into the Medi Lift-verse, I went into a Reddit and Youtube blackhole, and was convinced to give this baby a try given how much people noticed a change in their facial definition. I was rocked! It feels like a facial massage—shoutout to all my TMJ Girlies—and goes hard and fast on the buccal fat area. Yes, it involves consistency, but also, so does everything. Love!” –Annie Goodman

“Allies of Skin is all about maximizing results through clinically proven concentrations––and it shows. I don't often use "do it all" multitaskers, but I am officially enamored with this Peptides & Antioxidants Treatment for just that reason. It's jam-packed with 13 brighteners, 9 antioxidants, 7 firming peptides, as well as additional complexes, and it. does. the. work. I've been using it consistently every morning for weeks, and already I can see that my skin is brighter, smoother, and firmer than before. It's lightweight enough to easily layer sunscreen and makeup, but potent enough to be worth your while.” –Deenie Hartzog-Mislock

“Finding a shampoo and conditioner that's great for kids with sensitive skin has been a major struggle, but trust me when I say Tubby Tods is *it*. Their formulations are gentle, sensorial, and great for kids who have super sensitive skin. I love that they also have options that are fragrance free which is so rare to find.” –Nikita Charuza

”Picture this - it’s Sunday afternoon and you’re getting the scaries. You’re craving relaxation just a little bit longer… well, have no fear, Den Mother is here! There couldn't be a more perfect place to both prolong and end your weekend. I was lucky enough to experience this place of pure bliss and escape on a Sunday evening. I first spent 30 minutes in the sauna/cold plunge ($85) area: a private space carved out just for you. As someone who had never done a cold plunge before, this was nerve-wracking but exciting! I then rinsed off quickly before heading to the Garden area for my massage ($180). The garden is a collective space – people are drinking tea, having dinner, chatting by the fire, and I thought this would be distracting when trying to relax. Luckily, it was quite the opposite, as I sunk into deep relaxation during my scalp, neck/shoulder + foot massage. My favorite part was the ritual foot soak filled with hand-picked flowers from their garden, and a blend of healing botanical teas. A perfect getaway, hidden in the bustling street of Abbot Kinney in Venice.” –Naomi Joshi

“Despite millions of #protein posts, and collective knowledge that protein contributes to lean muscle mass, strengthening bones and optimizing our metabolic rate, so many women (myself included) are deficient. I have found salvation in Creatine — the supplement of former bodybuilding glory — from Dr. Mary Claire Haver, aka the Queen of menopause. But you don't need to be in menopause (or on a GLP-1, although this is a great time to take it) to start enjoying increased muscle mass and greater energy from one scoop in 8 oz. of water daily. The best boost for your buck? Mix Creatine with Dr. Haver's Acai Lemonade Flavor Skin Boost Plus® Collagen, which features peptides to strengthen skin, hair and nails, for a total of 10g of protein in one glass. Strong is the new pretty. At every age.” –Christine Morrison

“Nice weather is right around the corner and nothing hits harder than a fun beverage while sitting outside with friends. I have been a long time fan of Ghia. They are what I wish every mocktail actually tasted like, a little dry, a little earthy, not just some juice I am going to chug in two minutes. Their canned variety pack includes four different delicious flavors to be enjoyed over ice or straight out of the can. I am watching the weather like a hawk, waiting for that first warm day.” –Kelsey Borovinsky
