The Breakup Survival Guide: For When You’re Really Going Through It

I recently got dumped after being in a relationship for 3 years. Some breakups are quick and painless. This one truly felt like the end of the world.

Then, Jacob Elordi and Kaia Gerber's year-long relationship came to an end. Followed by Bachelorette’s Tayshia Adams and Zac Clark announcing they’ve decided to “take a break.” And to round it all off, Hollywood sweethearts Shawn Mendes and Camilla Cabello went their separate ways, too. There must be something in the water.

Now that I’m riding solo, putting myself first is the default. I’ve invested in a fantastic pair of high-performance underwear that, frankly, makes me feel unbeatable. It’s crazy what a pair of functional, comfortable (and still beautiful of course!) underwear can do for you. All those uncomfortable, tight, lacy pieces are going in a box straight to the back of the closet for a long, long time.
