I have a love/hate relationship with beauty products. On one hand, it feels good to take care of myself and to use items that make my skin healthy. Hands down, my favorite OUI the People product is the Featherweight Hydrating Body Gloss ($65). This ultralight yet deeply moisturizing serum delivers in a big way. I love using it right out of the shower – with ingredients like squalane, rosehip seed oil, avocado oil, and pomegranate oil, it brightens, heals, and soothes the skin.
Another current favorite is this Cheatsheet Resurfacing Body Serum ($45) which boasts serious power and is great for overnight rejuvenation. It’s refreshing to see so many brands laser focused on sustainability. We’re all in this together, and every little bit counts. According to OUI the People, the personal care industry is one of the largest producers of waste, and the brand is on a mission to change that. Because it’s made of stainless steel, the razor is a much more durable (and recyclable) alternative to plastic razors. Body care products are packaged with recycling and upcycling in mind, with removable tops and vessels that can be refilled over and over again. It all adds up, and I love what this brand is doing to minimize waste across the globe.
