Haus, the low-ABV spirits brand that ships from Sonoma County straight to your door, is a fan-favorite here at TQE. Their apéritifs, made with real fruits, herbs, and botanicals, have carried us through many a quarantined cocktail hour -- while still leaving us fresh the next morning, headache-free. And the brand's newest launch -- the Spritz Duo -- is all we’re planning on sipping this summer.
The perfect summer launch, the Spritz Duo is a curated set of Haus’ best-selling apéritifs to make for a clean, simple, and delicious twist on the iconic summer cocktail. Unlike traditional spritz bases, Haus is made without any dyes, artificial ingredients, or refined sugars -- just whole, natural ingredients.
Haus’ Spritz Duo features the brand’s best-selling Citrus Flower, made with lemon elderflower, orange peel, hibiscus, and cinnamon; and Rose Rosé, made with raspberry, cherry, strawberry, rose petals, dried lime leaf, and a touch of vanilla. Yes -- the flavors are as delicious as they sound. Each bottle is 750mL and 18% ABV, and the Spritz Duo delivers straight to your door for $70 (with free shipping).
The flavors in this Duo are complex but easy-to-drink (read: delicious), and I’ve found myself reaching exclusively for the Citrus Flower in place of my usual Aperol. I love experimenting with the brand’s fail-proof “Haus Spritz” recipe: 3 oz. of Haus, 2 oz. of Prosecco, and a splash of sparkling water over ice. (I recommend a squeeze of lemon or an orange slice as a finishing touch.)
While the Spritz Duo makes for a great housewarming, wedding, or grad gift, it’s so delicious you’ll definitely want to keep it for yourself. (Or maybe you’ll buy a few and share the summer love.)
