“I’m notoriously picky about scents – and candles are no exception. But cozy days call for creature comforts, so I’m all for splurging on an actually-good candle when I find it. Luckily, I discovered my favorite-ever in this Flamingo Estate candle – just as the days started turning crisp. Light it to bring a touch of garden nostalgia to your space: it's like basking in a late-summer harvest, anytime.” -Hallie Katz

“It's so funny how everyone says you're supposed to eat a diet rich in whole food nutrition, and yet no one is giving any of us an unadulterated eight hours back in our day to make sure we can meal prep properly to do such a thing! The gag of wellness #amirite. Therefore, when I was given the opportunity to try Methodology's 2-Day Reset, I "chomped at the bit." This two-day feast-for-all comes with a comprehensive menu of thoughtfully curated, microbiome-friendly cuisine that tastes good, makes you feel good, and uses high-quality, LA-approved ingredients. The relief I felt from not having to worry about any of my meals (or my gut health) for 48 hours was absolutely revelatory. Even if I'm not looking to replace every meal going forward, it's a huge relief to know that I can turn to Methodology for the busier weeks where I know I won't have time to have anything but a protein shake that leaves me hungry two seconds later. That's so method.” –Annie Goodman

“I've been on the hunt for a quality trench for fall, and this one from A&F did not disappoint! It's warm, well-made, and the green color is incredibly versatile. Even at 5'1, it was the perfect length, and I've been layering it with hoodies and baseball caps for a comfy/stylish look.” –Kaleigh Moore

“This is the easiest Indian meal I’ve ever made, and it tastes amazing. Despite the “no preservatives” label, it transformed into the most delicious Butter Masala Paneer in 5 minutes. Chef-prepared flavor without takeout or batch cooking. Now they've added Tikka Masala simmer sauces, and I'm obsessed. For my non-South Asian friends, it's a must-have pantry staple, alongside Om Som, Fly By Jing, and Banchan. Here's what I would add to your bundle: Tikka Masala, Butter Masala, Dal Fry, Vegetable Biryani and Gajar Halwa.” –Umama Kibria

“I’ve been journaling for many years now & I’m always on the lookout for the best wellness journals out there. This was my first time coming across Papier’s and I absolutely love the layout of it. Not only did they have many colors to choose from, I was also able to personalize it by adding my name to the cover of the journal. Each day has 2 pages dedicated to it — you’re actually meant to write in the journal both in the morning and the evening, which might be too much of a time commitment to many, but it is nice to read back and see how you were feeling in the morning vs. the evening. Papier’s journal covers many categories from nourishment and movement to restful moments and notes of gratitude. I’m grateful to now know this journal exists and I can’t imagine going back to one with less of a wellness-centered approach.” –Naomi Joshi

“There are candles…and then there are Carrière Frères candles. The heritage French candlemakers give a lesson in approachable luxury by paying meticulous attention to detail, from wicks to wax to packaging. But it’s the botanical scents that take their candles to the next level — in particular, their recent Winter Flower release. Woody, floral, and delicately sweet, Winter Flower combines spicy top notes of cinnamon and clove with a bouquet of white flowers and honey in the middle, before winding down with sultry leather, sandalwood, and patchouli. It’s the perfect non-tree scent (sorry pines and firs) for cozy winter mornings and would make a gorgeous holiday gift, along with pretty much any of their candles— hint, hint to everyone who knows me.” –Hannah Cassidy

“I've been so proud of myself for the past few years for taking care of my hair and skin by sleeping on a satin pillowcase. Record scratch. Satin and silk are not equivalent. You could do a deep-dive into "satin vs silk" like I did or you can read my TLDR: satin is for amateurs and silk is for pros. That's the bottom line. Satin is cheaper for a reason but as long as I am flipping my pillow every night (so I only sleep on each side once) and changing the case every two days (you have to have discipline for this game) I am investing in a real silk pillowcase.” –Sanibel Lazar

“Running shoes are expensive so you do not want to put unnecessary miles on them pre or post - workout. I have been loving these shoes from Kane because they were designed specifically with active recovery in mind. I wear them when commuting to my long run and afterwards, when I am doing errands on my way home. They are light, supportive, comfortable, and come in really fun colorways.” –Kelsey Borovinsky

“Now that it's getting cooler outside I've been feeling extra cozy at home. One thing I've been loving to do while listening to podcasts or audiobooks is fitting puzzles! Not just any puzzle, though. The gorgeous quality and designs from Cavallini & Co. hit on a different level AND I love displaying them on my bookshelves. Depending on your commitment and patience, they have 500 or 1000 piece puzzles. If you're looking for unique gifts for the holiday season, might I recommend one from the vintage collection?” –Laura Leiva

“These days, my style is pretty much summed up by a uniform of button-downs, slip dresses, and other easy-to-toss-on basics. I have two children under the age of 4, so I just don't have the bandwidth to fuss over what I look like––but I still want to look nice. I got these Jenny Bird huggies last Christmas, and in the 11 months since, have worn them almost every day. Whether I'm in a chunky sweater and joggers or an all-black, date-night ensemble, these earrings instantly elevate any look. I love that something so simple and easy to wear can make me look so pulled together. At least on the outside.” –Deenie Hartzog-Mislock
